I recently had a significant water leak. Can my utility bill be adjusted so I will not have to pay for the lost water?
Yes. The City of Sallisaw has a policy to provide partial relief to customers who have sustained a loss of billable water due to a leak on the premises. The leak adjustment will not exceed 75% of the calculated loss during the period the leak occurred.
