If you are having issues with your cable, Confirm cable box is powered on.
Confirm TV is on correct HDMI input.
Power cycle cable box, TV.
DVR functions not working properly, power cycle by unplugging for 30 seconds.

If you are having trouble with your internet,
unplug your router and plug it back in, DO NOT press the reset button! Confirm wireless is enabled on router and devices. Make sure router is powered on. If this does not fix the problem, please contact Customer Service

Power cycle base station if using cordless phones, if this does not apply please contact Customer Service.
