The Human Resources Department handles all employee matters of the City. Under the direction of the Administrative Services Director, the Department:
- Assists with questions on employee benefits
- Administers the employee compensation program
- Posts new job openings and accepts applications
- Creates new or amends existing job descriptions
- Schedules employee and safety training
- Develops policies related to employment
