The Customer Service Department assists all customers with establishing and terminating utility services. The Department is also responsible for the intake of all cash payments received by the City for utility services, permits, or other miscellaneous payments made to the City. Customer Service is located in the lobby of City Hall.
To obtain city utility services you will need to visit city hall and complete a service application. Updated service applications are also required for service transfers to a new location. To speed up the process, you may download a contract for utility service from this site, complete and bring to city hall. Please review this page

Customer Service Forms:
The City of Sallisaw bills its utility services in three billing cycles. Payments for these cycles are due on:
- Cycle 1: Due on the 10th of each month
- Cycle 2: Due on the 15th of each month
- Cycle 3: Due on the 20th of each month
Payments not received by 5:00 pm on these days are subject to a 10% penalty. Customers needing to make other payment arrangements must contact a customer service representative to avoid interruption of utility services. Utility payments may be mailed to:
