Please complete the form below and submit it to the City of Sallisaw to request a gargage sale permit.

Only four garage sale permits in a 12-month period are allowed per person or location.

This permit request applies to all sales entitled "garage sale", "lawn sale", "attic sale, "rummage sale", "flea market sale", or any similar casual sale of tangible personal property which is advertised by any means whereby the public at large is or can be made aware of the sale whcih is intended to be or is conducted in a residential or agricultural zoned area.
