1. Who owns and manages the cemetery?

The City of Sallisaw Memorial Cemetery is owned and managed by the City of Sallisaw. All operations are under the direction of the City Manager or his designee.

2. How can donations be made?

Donations for the perpetual care of the cemetery may be made to the City of Sallisaw. These funds will be placed in the City's Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund and will be designated for Cemetery use only.

3. How are decorations handled during Memorial Day?

Decorations and flowers may be placed on the ground two days prior to Memorial Day and seven days following Memorial Day.

All decorations and flowers placed on the ground and left longer than seven days following Memorial Day will be removed and disposed of by Cemetery personnel.
