1. How much does a dog license (tag) cost?

The current cost for a dog license is $15.00 for a lifetime license. All licenses can be obtained in the customer service lobby of city hall. Owner must provide a rabies vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian in order to obtain a license. View map of city hall

2. Can I make a donation to the Sallisaw Animal Care Facility?

Yes.  Please complete the Animal Care Donation form, see link below, and bring completed Form along with your donation to City Hall.
