Duties
The Human Resources Department handles all employee matters of the City. Under the direction of the Administrative Services Director, the Department:
  • Assists with questions on employee benefits
  • Administers the employee compensation program
  • Posts new job openings and accepts applications
  • Creates new or amends existing job descriptions
  • Schedules employee and safety training
  • Develops policies related to employment
